This place is fairly clean with pleasant surroundings and great views of the lake, featuring a wonderful staff providing nice service.

The room I had appeared to have been recently renovated as the bathroom was immaculate, the bed linen and covers were high quality and the carpet was unmarked and very good quality.

Quiet place with kind staff with nice service. Central location very close to the Wrest Point Casino / Conference centre, and other eateries and shops, wonderful and accommodating rooms.

Disappointed that the rooms had no sea view - although there was a great one from the lift!

The rooms are good sized and newly renovated with exceptional views. There is a variety of supplies like : a couch and a kettle. It has favourable and marvellous location to the Casino which has lots of food options.

1. not enough car spaces had to park away and walk very late at night 2. NO AIRCONDITIONING and was very very very hot and stuffy. 3. Shower recess to get into was impossible for me was very high and very very narrow. 4. Lift was broken in morning No signs on lift and we were 3 floors up not very impressed with motel will not stay again.

the place was fairly clean and pleasant, it had great staff with nice service. the airport was 25 km away. i truly enjoyed 4 nights in this property.

Great location - just a short stroll to the casino, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Also close to the beautiful Sandy Bay 🏖️. the staff were friendly and understanding overall.

Inside was clean and we had the option of cooking our own meals. The place was very private and although it appeared full we did not see many people.
We arrived after 8pm, so while looking forward to a cup of tea there were no tea bags in the apartment and it was too late to ask at reception. Also we couldn't see the windows were open, thus the first night we had a lot of traffic noise in the room.
